1. Introduction #
In this step-by-step guide, you’ll learn how to add students manually, upload bulk lists, and send smart communication to your student teams all from one unified dashboard.

2. Select Organization #
Let’s begin by selecting your organization from the dropdown for example, My Ai School . This ensures you’re managing the right branch or school group.

3. Click “Manage Team” #
Click on ‘Manage Team’ to access your classroom and student management options.

4. Select Class #
Next, select the specific class where you want to add students. Let’s take Class 6 as an example.

5. Click “Add Team Member” #
To add a student, click ‘Add Team Member’. This feature lets you create student profiles instantly.

6. Enter Student Info #
Fill in the student’s details including name, username, email, and password. These credentials will help students access their personalized AI learning dashboard.

7. Click “Save” #
Once all details are filled, click ‘Save’. The student is now successfully enrolled in your class.

8. Team Management Page #
You’ll return to the class overview screen, where you can manage more students or monitor classroom progress.

9. Click “Import List” #
To add multiple students at once, use the ‘Import List’ feature ideal for larger classrooms or school-wide uploads.

10. Click “Download CSV template” #
Click ‘Download CSV Template’ to get a ready-to-use file format for bulk student data.

11. Upload CSV File #
Fill in your student list in the file and upload it back to the system quick, clean, and automatic.

12. Click “SAVE” #
Once uploaded, click ‘Save’ and your entire student list will be added in seconds powered by My Ai School smart import system.

13. Verify Students #
Your students will now appear in the dashboard. Easily check or edit their access anytime.

14. Click “Email Team” #
Use the ‘Email Team’ feature to directly send login credentials or updates to your students.

15. Broadcast Message #
Need to notify all students at once? Use ‘Broadcast Email’ for announcements, assignments, or motivational messages.
